Lauren's Unique Approach
Using principles from different traditions of Chinese Medicine (Five Element, 8 principle, and TCM) we have developed a unique style which has proven very effective. We believe in diagnosis and treatment for the individual patient rather than approaching everyone in the same manner. What this means is that you will receive treatments tailored exclusively for you. In addition, no two treatments you receive will be exactly alike.
Aside from needles and herbs, we use many different techniques including cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, and a form of bodywork called Zero Balancing to form a comprehensive treatment.
Gentle technique and comforting bedside manner are two qualities that our patients frequently comment on. I believe that acupuncture works best when you feel comfortable and know that you are in capable hands.
You will find that at The Element, we take the time to really get to know you and address your concerns. |
